FESTIVAL VIETNAM – KOREA CULTURAL FRIENDSHIP ROAD
Towards the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea (December 22, 1992–December 22, 2022), in two days, December 10–11, 2022, at Tran Van Lai Street, Urban Area My Dinh town, Nam Tu Liem district, activities will take place within the framework of the Festival “Vietnam-Korea Friendship Cultural Road.
The festival “Vietnam-Korea Friendship Cultural Road” has booths introducing typical Korean cuisine such as kimchi, mixed rice, mixed vermicelli, seafood cakes, and grilled meats marinated with special spices, typical of the land of kimchi. In addition to the food booth, the highlight activity at the festival is the Korean culture experience booth K-culture; Kpop cover dance performance and performance of traditional Korean musical instruments; and Hanoi folk art performance program.
Chairman of the Korean Association in Hanoi, Ms. Chang Eun Sook, said that the “Vietnam-Korea Friendship Cultural Road” festival will be held annually and is expected to become a tourist destination for everyone. Korean tourists and Vietnamese tourists, especially young people. Through the festival “Vietnam-Korea Cultural Friendship Road,” people of the two countries have the opportunity to exchange cultures and connect through specific activities.
During the two days of the event, visitors can experience many activities imbued with Korean culture at more than 100 booths with diverse themes such as cuisine, beauty, traditional costumes, and corporate products from two countries, Vietnam and Korea.
The Deputy Director of HoaBinh Events, the event organizer, said that the “Vietnam-Korea Friendship Cultural Road” Festival is an activity to tighten the friendship and harmony between the two countries on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of its establishment. diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea.
