Taking place on Tran Van Lai street (My Dinh Song Da Urban Area, Hanoi) from December 10–11, the event “Vietnam-Korea Friendship Cultural Road” is an interesting experience space with many activities. As an international event, the program requires organizers not only to have large human and material resources but also to have a deep understanding of the culture, economics, and politics of the two countries. In particular, the biggest challenge is that the program is held in a new location, considered a Korean town in Hanoi, so the stage of staging and setting up the event faces many difficulties.

Not only that, this is the first event to be organized, attracting the attention of the Hanoi capital government and a large number of people under the walking street model, creating a lot of pressure for the organizing unit. presently. The event is part of a series of activities celebrating the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Korea and Vietnam, taking place over four days and including many major activities such as the B2C K-Culture Exhibition, the K-EXPO Concert, and the B2B Meeting.
