HoaBinh Events: Crafting Historic Milestones, Accompanying the ASEAN Event Series in Da Nang

April 2025 marked another milestone for HoaBinh Events as it reaffirmed its leading position and world-class event management capabilities by being honored as a trusted partner in a series of major ASEAN diplomatic events in the coastal city of Da Nang.

🔹 As a professional organizer, HoaBinh Events successfully coordinated key activities within the 50th Anniversary of ASEAN – New Zealand Partnerships (1975 – 2025):

• • April 8 – Workshop on 50 Years of ASEAN-New Zealand Partnerships: The event was attended by ASEAN and New Zealand SOM leaders, ASEAN sectoral representatives, policy makers, scholars, and experts from the region. This was an opportunity to reflect on the past and set concrete steps for further development, building a dynamic, mutually beneficial partnership that adapts to the new demands and global situation.
    
    

• April 9 – 32nd ASEAN-New Zealand Dialogue: The event was co-chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Do Hung Viet, Head of SOM ASEAN Vietnam, and Deputy Foreign Minister Grahame Morton, Head of SOM New Zealand, with participation from ASEAN countries, Timor-Leste, and the ASEAN Deputy Secretary-General.

  

🔹 In addition, HoaBinh Events also played a vital role by providing modern interpretation equipment for the “Meet ASEAN in Da Nang 2025” Conference, held from April 9–11. This important event served as a bridge for high-level delegates, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Da Nang People’s Committee, and ASEAN diplomatic missions in Vietnam to engage in in-depth discussions, strengthen regional ties, and promote multi-sectoral cooperation.
